Professional Profile
Ms. Lockhart served with the U. S. Department of Labor in various positions, including, Director, Civil Rights Center (CRC), Counsel for Labor Relations, Acting Administrator for the Wage and Hour Administration, and Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management.
Professional Affiliations & Community Services
Ms. Lockhart has served for over 25 years as a member of the Board of Trustees of Family Matters of Greater Washington and held former positions of President and Treasurer. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Community of Hope, an organization that provides housing, social services, health care, and education to low-income and homeless families. She is a member of the DC and Virgin Islands Bar. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
