Dolphene Williams
Dolphene has been with Family Matters of Greater Washington since June 2009. She holds a M.B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management and Labor relations from American University and a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Trinity College. Ms. Williams has 17 years of track record of strategically planning and creating new organizational entities including, evaluating, identifying, designing and implementing programs, interventions and processes to improve organizational efficiency with a PMP Certification. She also has over 15 years of broad based HR experience in organizational development, workforce planning and development, staffing, compensation, recruitment, EEO, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning. Ms. Williams has employment experience with the federal government, quasi-government agency, private/public-held corporations and non-profit organizations.
