LOAN OFFICER - WAYS TO WORK PROGRAM

Duties:
Responsible for developing and administering an effective and efficient Ways to Work loan program by providing active leadership, management, and on-going support for the Ways to Work program and its clients. Serve as the customer representative for the borrowers throughout the lifetime of the loan. Recruit and train program volunteers and/or interns, participate in Ways to Work national network.
Qualifications:
BA degree and/or equivalent experience in consumer credit counseling, personal banking, and/or collections. Preferences for individual certification, e.g. National Foundation for Consumer Credit, Consumers Banker Association, American Institute of Banking, Association of Credit Managers.
