SUPPORT SERVICES AIDE

Duties:
Provides direct concrete support to senior center staff caring for the program participants diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder attending the Saturday program at the Model Cities Wellness Center by performing various duties such as serving lunches to the participants, assists with personal care needs assist the van driver in the coordination of weekly transportation and participates in workshops, trainings, or meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BSW) in Social Work and DC social work license. Two years work related experience and/or training a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
